To ensure exceptional attention to detail and quality, we limit ourselves to a maximum of two events per day. Our booking process is designed to be seamless and straightforward. To secure your desired date, we kindly request a 50% deposit. You have the flexibility to make the deposit via various convenient methods such as credit card, cash, or direct transfer. Once the deposit is successfully processed and reflects in our account, we will promptly reserve the date for you in our calendar. This guarantees your booking with us, ensuring that the agreed-upon price and inclusions remain unchanged throughout the duration of our collaboration.

Payment 2: The remaining balance is due either one week prior to the event day

Typically, you can expect to receive proofs of your photos within 4-8 weeks following the event, allowing you to preview and select the ones that resonate with you. As for the video, we aim to deliver the final product within 6-12 weeks. These estimates are typically accurate and align with our standard timeline.

While we strive to meet these timelines consistently, it is worth mentioning that there may be rare instances where unforeseen circumstances arise, leading to a slight delay. However, rest assured that we make every effort to adhere to the estimated delivery timeframes, ensuring that you can relish your memories in a timely manner.
